As a sub-programme of the National Charity Hunt, the II National Charity Discus Throwing Competition was held in Felgyn, Csongrád-Csanád County. The wonderful environment and infrastructure of the Jerring shooting range are known to many.
The selflessness and responsibility of the participants and supporters was also shown this time. Dénes Kemény, the patron of the event and one of the national ambassadors of the Charity Hunt, was also on the scene and said: "it's one thing to do what you think is right, it's another thing to take part in what you think is right!" Exemplary and to be followed!! He is certainly guided by these thoughts when he participates in the Nógrád County event of the National Charity Hunt, year after year. It is a huge honor that the most successful coach in the world is committed to our charity program!
The family and loving atmosphere was made really special by the excitement of the competition. Everyone won on this day. Regardless of whether you came as an organizer or competitor, or how many pucks you hit. But most importantly, the day also had winners: the sick children.
It is known that the amount raised will expand the support of the national charity hunt in December, from which we will also buy new and modern medical equipment for hospitals and for the recovery of sick children this year.
We would like to thank Tamás Jéri and his family for joining our charity program and for ensuring the venue and the high professional standards by assuming all the costs incurred! We are grateful to both the participants and supporters!
