OJV 2023 Vas County handover, Szombathely
Our current transferor was in Szombathely. The National Charity Hunt Közhaznú non-profit Kft presented its donations at the children's ward of the Markusovszky University Teaching Hospital this time.
Our program delivered 3 extremely important medical devices to the department.
1 high-frequency cutting device, 1 breathing diagnostic device and 1 pediatric cysto-ureteroscope.
According to the words of Dr. György Lazáry, the chief physician, the donated equipment raised the possibilities of the department to the highest, so-called clinical level! He also said that donations from previous years are used on a daily basis, and even just this year's medical devices are also 21st century. they mean century!
Director-General Dr. Éva Stánitz expressed her thanks and congratulated the organization of the National Charity Hunt as a charitable program.
We donated HUF 7,901,890 for the purchase of 3 pieces of medical equipment. In absolute terms, Vas is one of the strongest counties for the charity program. However, if we take into account the non-negligible fact that we are talking about one of the smallest counties in terms of the number of hunters, then the result that was shown is quite amazing.
It is important to mention that the star position along the western border is exceptional. The strategic partner of our non-profit organization in Vas county is Répce Fa Kft. We could not dream of a better partner! The work, humanity and creativity of its managing director, Balázs Ferenczi, surpasses everything. And if that wasn't enough, the vice-president of the county Dr. Kondora Bálint, our Vas county ambassador, also makes extraordinary efforts to achieve results. In this county, the local hunting chamber also feels that cooperation is important, so the president István Gagyi is also an active part of our team. The local hunters, who join us in increasing numbers every year, deserve a word, but the circle of supporters in Vas County is also very significant, so the region is really in an extraordinary situation. What we call extraordinary is actually nothing but the minimum value: That is, SELFISHNESS!
With our current donations, the OJV's contribution to the treatment of sick children in Vas county amounts to HUF 17,704,708. In just a few years, we Hungarian hunters and our supporters contributed to the healing of more than 17,000 sick children in the county alone.
We would like to thank our ambassador, Dr. Bálint Kondora, for being able to present our certificates of appreciation to our biggest supporters in the ceremonial hall of the County Hall, thus recognizing their humanity in a worthy place!
