OJV 2022 Pest County donation handover, Heim Pál Hospital
Every year, we come to the National Pediatric Center, better known as the Heim Pál Hospital, with increased excitement.
Everything is about the children, you can already see when you enter the institution that there is no place for gloom, playful and child-oriented appearances dominate. Even at the director general's office, a large panda bear sits on the couch...
Our donation, as in previous years, will be received by Dr. Anikó Nagy, the director general of the institution, and we are impressed by his warm welcome. As part of our donation transfer, we briefly exchange ideas, within the framework of which we touch on the use and usefulness of previous donations. Once again, we are convinced that the meaning of the Charity Hunt is unquestionable, "you must do what the Homeland demands"... We have a responsibility for each other! And from this responsibility, sick children deserve a strong focus.
We bought 4 laparoscopic medical devices for HUF 1.2 m in size, the special significance of which is that a significant part of the surgical interventions can be performed with it without the need to use a scalpel. Among other things, it is crucial that the children's pain will be moderate with this procedure ! Quick intervention, quick recovery!
We are proud of our fellow hunters in the Pest County, our local supporters, that we can provide tangible help even to such a highly rated institution through the donations of the National Charity Hunt.
