OJV 2022, Fejér Vármegyei Szent György Hospital donation handover
For the 10th time, we arrived at the Fejér Vármegyei Szent György Hospital to hand over the donations of the charity hunt.
For a decade, we have served sick children, their relatives and the institution's employees with this. If we think about it, even the Hungarian State! We did all this with the greatest joy, faith and humility.
The 7.2 million HUF, which was made possible by the 2022 event in Fejér County, was enough for 8 medical devices. Over the past decade, we have provided 34 gap-filling devices worth approximately HUF 43 million to the children's department. It is a great pride that the Hungarian hunters have been the biggest supporters of the children's department of the named institution for years.
Dr. Péter Takács, the Secretary of State responsible for health at the Ministry of the Interior, graced the anniversary handover ceremony with his participation, who called the charity hunt a socially extremely valuable and exemplary program, and the contribution to the recovery of 121,000 sick children an outstanding achievement.
Director General Prof. Dr. László Bucsi joined the words of the State Secretary, who has considered the donation of the national charity hunt as unique since his reign. Parliamentarian Gábor Törő was with us at the ceremony, who emphasized that, in addition to the support from Székesfehérvár, the county coalition also provided 1.8 million HUF to the Mór region, and also said that more and more supporters are supporting the initiative.
We are grateful to Metal-For Kft., the biggest supporter of the charity hunt in Fejér counties and at the same time in the whole country, and we thank the Lake Velencei Kistérségért Alapítvány for providing the Fisherman's Castle in Kápolnásnyék in a wonderful environment for the 6th year, and thus we can arrange the central event. We are grateful to Vadex Zrt that we could count on its partnership every year, but we are at least as grateful for the cooperation of the Venice SPA resort.
